Multiple Sandbox Performance Degradation

Issue: On November 8, 2023, at 18:00 UTC, the Salesforce Technology team identified an issue affecting multiple sandbox environments. In these environments, customer components are unable to fetch data and may encounter errors. The Technology team is actively testing a rollback on a recent release to address this problem.

Impact: Customers may not see data within custom components in the sandbox environment.

We will provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
